📦 Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Custom-stitched or made-to-order products may take 5–7 business days to process.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

🚛 Delivery Time

Metro Cities (India): 3–5 business days after dispatch

Other Locations (India): 5–7 business days after dispatch

International Orders: 10–15 business days (depending on location and customs clearance)

You’ll receive an email or WhatsApp update with your tracking number once your order is shipped.

💰 Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an extra ₹50 handling fee.

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
